Anti-abuse
All in config.yml > referral and in /referrals settings. Staff with flarereferrals.bypass skip the playtime, time limit and same-IP checks.

With verify-after-minutes: 30: Alex types /referrals Steve, Steve is saved as his inviter and Alex is told to play 30 more minutes. After 30 minutes of play the invite counts and both get their rewards. If Alex never comes back, Steve gets nothing. On a network the minutes are counted on all servers together.
Always on: one inviter per player, once; nobody can enter himself; every reward can be given only once. IP addresses are never saved in plain text, only a short hash.
