Discord rules

Last updated 2 min read

In short

  • Be kind and respectful. No hate, harassment or drama.
  • No spam, ads, scams or NSFW content.
  • Use English in public channels and the right channel for each topic.
  • For help, open a ticket and give all the details. Don't ping the staff.
  • No piracy or leaks. Breaking the rules leads to a warning, a timeout or a ban.

By joining our server you agree to these rules, to our Terms & Conditions and to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Respect

Treat everyone with respect, including people who are new to plugins or servers. No insults, harassment, threats, discrimination or hate speech of any kind, also in nicknames, avatars and statuses. Disagreeing is fine, attacking people isn't. Keep private arguments private.

No spam or advertising

  • No flooding, repeated messages, walls of emojis or mass mentions.
  • No advertising other servers, products or services, in channels or in DMs, unless the staff allows it.
  • No selling, trading or begging for accounts, ranks or items.

Keep it safe for everyone

  • No NSFW, gore or shocking content.
  • No scams, phishing, IP grabbers, malware or suspicious links and files.
  • Never share someone else's personal information (doxxing), not even as a joke.
  • Don't share your own passwords, licence keys or tokens. Our staff will never ask for them.

Use the right channels

Each channel has a topic: read its description before posting. Use English in public channels so everyone can follow. Other languages are welcome in the channels made for them. Bot commands go in the bot channel.

Getting help

  • Read the wiki first: most answers are there.
  • For help with a plugin, open a ticket and write everything in the first message: plugin and server version, what you expected, what happened, errors and logs (use a paste site for long logs).
  • One problem per ticket. Don't open tickets to get attention or to chat.
  • Don't ping or DM staff members for support. We answer in order, as soon as we can.
  • Reports of bugs and suggestions are welcome: be clear and constructive.

No piracy or leaks

No cracked, leaked or nulled plugins, no sharing of paid resources, and no help getting around licences, ours or anyone else's. The same goes for leaked builds, betas and private content of our server.

Staff and moderation

The staff applies these rules and may act on behaviour that isn't listed but clearly harms the community. A bot helps us filter spam and bad words, and moderation actions are logged. Please don't argue about moderation in public channels: if you think a decision is wrong, open a ticket or write to [email protected].

What happens if you break a rule

It depends on how serious it is and whether it happens again:

  1. a reminder or a warning;
  2. a timeout, from a few minutes to a few days;
  3. a kick or a ban.

Serious cases, such as scams, doxxing, hate speech or raids, can lead to an immediate ban. Using another account to get around a punishment leads to a ban of all the accounts.

Changes

We may update these rules. The latest version is always on this page and in the rules channel of our server.
