This licence is an agreement between you and legal name ("TMDevelopment") for the products you buy in the TMDevelopment Store.
What you may do
- Install and use the product on panels or servers that you own or operate yourself, for your own projects or the services you offer to your customers.
- Modify the code for your own use.
- Keep using the version you have for as long as you want, even after your update period ends. The product never switches itself off.
What you may not do
- Sell, resell, sublicense, rent or give away the product or a modified copy of it.
- Publish or share the files, your licence key or download links.
- Remove copyright notices from the code.
- Use our name or logo to suggest that a product of yours is made or endorsed by us.
Updates
Updates are included for update period, e.g. 12 months from the purchase date, unless the product page says otherwise. Updates are downloaded with your licence key.
Licence keys
Your key is personal. If a key is shared publicly, or a purchase is refunded or charged back, the key stops working for new downloads and updates. Copies already installed keep working.
Third-party software
Our products work with software made by others (for example Pterodactyl Panel or Minecraft server software). Those projects have their own licences, and we're not affiliated with them. Product names are used only to describe compatibility.
No warranty

Ending this licence
If you break this licence, it ends and you must stop using the product. We'll contact you first whenever the problem can be fixed.
