These terms apply when you buy a product from the TMDevelopment Store at this website. TMDevelopment is the brand of legal name, address, country ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and customer service related to payments and returns. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
What you buy
You buy a licence to use a digital product (software, themes, plugins or templates), as described on its product page and in the licence (EULA). You don't buy the copyright in the product.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page. The final price, including any tax for your country, is shown by Paddle at checkout before you pay.
Delivery
Right after payment you receive an email with your download link and your personal licence key. The same downloads and key are available in the customer area. If you don't receive the email within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Updates and support
Each product page states what is included. For TMDevelopment products, updates are included for update period, e.g. 12 months from the purchase date unless the product page says otherwise. Support is given on our Discord and by email, on a best-effort basis.

Your obligations
Use the products according to the licence. Keep your licence key private: it is personal and identifies your purchase.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
Governing law
Governing law and competent court, to be confirmed by a professional. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
