When you can get a refund
- Within number days of purchase, if the product doesn't work on a supported setup (see the requirements on the product page) and we can't fix the problem together.
- If you were charged twice or by mistake.

Write to [email protected] or open a ticket on our Discord with your order number. You can also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt.
After a refund
Your licence key stops working for downloads and updates, and you must remove the product from your servers.
